Cancellation & Refund Policy
We manage our schedule strictly to dedicate our undivided attention to one client at a time. Clear notice allows us to reallocate bench time without financial loss.
Cancellation window01
Notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled start to cancel without penalty. Cancellations past that deadline may incur charges for custom materials already procured, as itemized in the quote.
Rescheduling02
You can reschedule your appointment without extra charge. We offer the earliest open calendar opening within one business day.
Circumstances warranting a refund03
You receive a complete refund if we cancel, fail to execute the agreed design scope, or produce work that departs from the specification without reasonable remedy.
- Deposits are fully refunded if you reschedule or cancel at least twenty-four hours before your session.
- Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours prior result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
- In the rare event that the studio must cancel your date due to artist illness, your deposit is returned immediately or moved to a priority date upon your choice.
Refund application process04
- Send a written cancellation notice by email or WhatsApp to the studio contact number.
- Provide your booking date, full name, and IBAN if a bank refund is applicable.
- Our studio manager confirms the cancellation and processes the return within three business days.

Approved deposit refunds are remitted to your bank account within three to five business days.
