These Terms of Service govern all booking arrangements and tattoo applications executed by Calibre Tattoo Atelier at Carrer de les Tres Creus, 82, Sabadell. By reserving a consultation or appointment, you agree to these clear conditions.

Parties and Scope01

These terms constitute an agreement between Calibre Tattoo Atelier, registered in Sabadell, Spain, and the individual client. Our work encompasses tattoo consultations, stencil creation, body art application, and scar camouflage services carried out solely on our studio premises.

Booking and Quotes02

All quotes delivered digitally or in person are valid for thirty days from delivery. An appointment is only officially secured once the required booking deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline concepts that do not match our professional ethical standards or technical capabilities.

Performance of the Work and Access to the Premises03

Clients must arrive punctually for their designated session and present valid government identification proving they are at least eighteen years of age. Clients under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or anticoagulants will be denied entry, resulting in immediate deposit forfeiture. Only one accompanying guest is allowed in the studio waiting lounge.

Prices, Payment After Completion and Invoices04

The final outstanding fee is due immediately upon completion of the tattooing session. We accept settlement only in cash on completion or by verified bank transfer against a formal invoice. We do not operate card payment machines or accept credit card links.

Cancellation and Rescheduling05

You may reschedule your appointment without financial penalty by providing at least twenty-four hours advance notice. Cancellations submitted past this threshold result in the loss of the booking deposit. Repeated rescheduling may require full upfront session prepayment.

Liability, Insurance and Complaints06

Calibre Tattoo Atelier maintains active professional civil liability insurance and adheres to all hygiene regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya. We are not liable for adverse support reactions caused by improper home aftercare or disregard of written post-tattoo guidelines. Complaints must be registered in writing within fourteen days of your session.

Governing Law07

These terms are interpreted and enforced under the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any legal dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through direct mediation shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Sabadell, Barcelona.
